Saabapkaa.com is an online ecommerce store operating within Pakistan.
We sell various products and deliver them directly to customers through Cash on Delivery (COD).
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental supervision.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan Only

We currently only deliver within Pakistan.
No international shipping is available at the moment.
All orders are fulfilled through Cash on Delivery, meaning you will pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
Customers must ensure they are available to receive and pay for the parcel.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation message or call.
Orders may be canceled if:
- Incorrect contact details are provided.
- Customer does not respond to verification calls/messages.
- Product becomes unavailable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time typically ranges from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping charges may apply based on location and product weight.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product has not been used.
Customers must provide unboxing videos or photos as proof.
Refunds for COD orders are provided through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the customer must accept the delivery.

7. Product Information

We try to display product details and images as accurately as possible.
Slight differences in colors, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or lighting conditions.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.
Payment is accepted only via Cash on Delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to:

Provide correct name, address, and contact details.
Accept delivery on time.
Not misuse or damage the product before requesting a return.

10. Limitation of Liability

Saabapkaa.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

All customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and customer support.
We do not share customer data with third parties other than delivery partners.
